Welcome to new way of accessing Cloud Desktop in Novo Nordisk.

 

We are thrilled to introduce the new NN Citrix Workspace portal, now equipped with Modern Multi-Factor Authentication to elevate your Cloud Desktop experience. This release marks an important milestone in enhancing security, user accessibility, and overall efficiency.

Key Advancements

  • Modern Multi-Factor Authentication: The new Citrix Workspace portal now supports seamless logins using Modern Multi-Factor Authentication solutions such as MS Authenticator or Yubikey, eliminating the need for RSA Secure ID.
 
  • Enhanced User Experience: With improved transfer protocols and a simplified logon process, accessing Cloud Desktop services is now more efficient and user-friendly.
 
  • Self-Service Capabilities: Users can now independently manage their sessions, including the ability to log off hung sessions directly from the Citrix Workspace portal without the need to contact the service desk.
 
  • Advanced User Analytics: The new Workspace portal provides enhanced session information, enabling easier troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Action Steps & User Guides

  • Modern Multi-Factor Authenticator Enrollment: Please refer to the attached user guides (1A for MS Authenticator setup, 1B for Yubikey setup) to complete the enrollment process. 
  • Accessing Cloud Desktop: Start using the Cloud Desktop service from the new portal at https://nnclouddesktop.cloud.com. Detailed instructions on using the new Citrix Workspace portal to access Cloud Desktop are provided in the attached user guide (Guide 2 - Novo Nordisk Cloud Desktop User Guide)
